Students at EPCHS6th who are looking to apply to university are supported from day one with their UCAS application. We actively encourage students to attend open days, summer schools and discovery days so they are able to make informed decisions when they are applying for university courses.

We are linked with local universities and regularly have sessions ran by them at school or at their university campuses. They support our students with the development of their personal statements during group and one to one sessions. Advice, guidance and recommendations are always available and the support and encouragement for our students is second to none. During the personal development programme that we have within the sixth form we welcome a variety of speakers into our school to enable our students to gain valuable information and experiences to help them make informed decisions for their next steps leading them onto future education or career paths.
